We’ll put your chosen package, any separate work, the final total, and warranty terms in the written proposal. Plumbing repairs, a tub replacement, and a room remodel are separate work to discuss if needed.

Does the warranty cover everything in the bathroom?
Workmanship coverage: 5 years. Ask for its full scope, exclusions, and claim process in writing. It should not be read as a whole-bathroom or manufacturer warranty.
